By becoming a member, you agree these terms and conditions:
1 - Services
- This site is not an investment site but a professional tool intended to promote your sites and your activities.
- You can become an upgraded member and thus profit from complementary services (sending of email to the other members, banners, etc)
- By becoming an upgraded member, you can perceive an allowance to view the sites of the other members. This allowance is not automatic and its amount can vary according to the resources of the site but also of your level of member and of the work which you will provide.
- In no case the announced allowance cannot be regarded as contractual or be acquired. You could be not in profit, lost money or be in profit.
- The more important your level of member is, the more the services suggested are important but you will have to view more sites suggested by the other advertisers.
2 - Accepted sites
- Any site with racial, sexual or violence content will be deleted from our database.
- Any site with popup, popunder, slide or with any system which block the surfbar or containing virus, backdoors, keyloger etc will be banned.
- Any Site harming our quality of service could also be deleted without notice.
- If you see a site which you estimate not conforms to our conditions, you have tools allowing you to alert our team which will possibly remove this site after examination.
- To allow your site be seen from other, you must add them credits. You can earn credits by using the surfbar or upgrading or buying them. You could earn credit bonus while you see other members sites.
3 - Cashouts
- As an upgraded member, you can earn cash whose amount is fixed according to several criteria: your member level, your contribution, the daily rate, the number of viewed sites.
- This allowance is not due and its payment is optional. You can lose money.
- Cashout requests have no 50/50 rule applied.
- Members are usually paid within 7 business days (sometime less), except particular circumstances.
- If you want to upgrade, you must have an e-currency account. You can find a link to them on the frontpage.
- If you have no account open in one of these e-currencies, open a free account now.
- During the payment of your upgrade, it is of your responsibility to ensure you that you pay on the correct account. We are not responsible in the event of payment on an other account than ours and you will not receive any allowance if that occurs.
4 - Others
- You must vote on at least one of our monitors when you are paid.
- You can open only one account (same IP, same ecurrency account, etc.)
- Self reffering is not allowed. If we find a self reffering, both all the accounts will be deleted and no refund will occur.
- We are not responsible for hacking attempts: if our site is hacked or that our account of e-currency is emptied because of robbers or trick, we cannot be held responsible.
- If one of the ecurrency we use is closing its doors or colsing our account, cashout with this ecurrency will stop.
- You can't receive money to another currency you upgraded with.
- We are not in business with any of the e-currency we use. That means we are not responsible of how these external services work or don't work.
- We implement all we can in order to ensure the safety of your funds and your personal data. However, we cannot be held responsible in case of theft.
Any member not observing these conditions could have his account suspended or closed without notice nor refund.
